However, these experiences can also feel overwhelming or fade quickly without proper support. Integration bridges the gap between the peak experience and everyday life. It ensures that the lessons and emotions uncovered don’t slip away but become actionable steps for growth and healing.

Working with an experienced guide is crucial—not only for safety but also to help navigate the emotional depth and complexity of these experiences. A guide provides a safe, structured environment, helping you ground your insights and integrate them into your life. With the right support, psychedelic experiences can lead to lasting clarity, emotional resilience, and meaningful transformation.

Cosmos and Care offers experiences, not clinical therapy. Clients have described these experiences as therapeutic, revelatory, grounding, meditative, healing and life changing. I offer both private sessions and group events. There are distinct advantages to doing this work privately and in a group setting. It's important to honour the inner guidance that directs you to this practice in a form or format that resonates with you at this time. My role is to cultivate a supportive space for your deepening awareness and unfolding process, wherever it may lead. I guide you inward and facilitate these experiences to help you connect more deeply with the seat of your clarity.

I only commit to working with you if I am convinced that we are a good match. If not, I am happy to recommend other coaches, consultants, mentors, counsellors or therapists who may be a better match for your specific needs and situation.

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is central to my teaching, offering a gentle, mindful practice that emphasises stretching, breathing and meditation. This slow-paced approach is accessible to those with some flexibility and uses extended holds to increase circulation, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. In vinyasa yoga, I teach with a foundation of ahimsa (non-violence), focusing on self-compassion rather than perfection. This guiding principle allows us to practice with comfort in mind, embracing each movement as it feels right for you. Although Vinyasa and Yin Yoga may seem different, they complement each other beautifully: Vinyasa encourages fluid, twisting movements, while Yin focuses on deep, relaxing stretches through simple floor poses. Together they create a balanced path to physical and mental relaxation. I'm here to help you develop a personalised yoga routine and support you every step of the way.
